We had a great show at the University of Rock on Wednesday. Big thanks to Rykk Ferraris for inviting us to grace this brand new stage! And the only straps at this school were guitar straps.
Here are some quick shots I took after the show.

After our show on Wed May 18th, held at our venue The Rails Club, we hit the dance floor while chatting with some guests who hung out for a bit.

One of the first things Jeremy ever bought in Second Life was this amazing dance floor. His avatar was as noobie as could be but he sure had a nice dance floor! lol
The skill of the programming that went into it, done by Spankme Pinkerton, is very impressive with the possibility for an endless number of looks and effects. For this dance session we just used the random setting and this is what came up. The thing with the random setting is that it is as fleeting as a butterfly, and we’ll never be able to create this particular combination again. Glad we got some photos!

Jill and Greg, a rl friend who has come to Second Life!

Some guests, Otin and Aneta.
A shout-out to two designing sisters, AvaGardner and Barbra Kunger of Kunglers Couture, who make wonderful clothes and are so very generous. The green dress worn by Lolly was a gift from them. Thanks to the Kunglers! Lolly also wore shoes from Love Soul , and a hair-do from Fri.day.
Jill’s purple dress is by Summer Loon of Lemania Indigo Designs, worn with a belt by Cerberus Noel of G Field . Her shoes are from Duh!
Thanks to everyone who came to the show or listened-in from outside of SL, and to you for reading this!
When our pal dj Rykk Ferraris, also known at The Freak Magnet, invited us to play his brand new club, it was a no brainer. So, while school is out for everyone else, we’ll be going to university … University of Rock, that is! You’ll get no lectures here. Fun squared = Good Times. Class starts at 2pm slt (=5 pm EST, 9pm GMT)

Teleport -> University of Rock
Readers of this blog will have seen many posts about our past shows at The Freakheim Funeral Home. This was Rykk’s first club in Second Life, replete with good humoured death related artifacts and awesome music, raucous enough to raise any residents at rest. Upon closing the club late last year, it became obvious that there remained a demand for what Rykk had to offer. People missed the place and the excellent unique music, so Rykk and a couple of his friends have now opened a new place. We are happy to be the first band to grace the stage at Rock U. Hope you’ll come and join in the fun!

Sunday’s celebration in honour of The Notes Shack Pub turning 3 years old was a very good time, with a happy crazy crowd out for the party.
Following our set (which was performed as a duet of Lolly and Jeremy), we had the pleasure of hearing singer/song-writer (and amazing guitar player), Kevin M. Thomas Carpool.

Thanks a lot!
As we say every time we do a show there, a very good time was had at The Notes Shack! Thanks to venue owner and excellent host, Krakov Letov, for inviting us to do a regular monthly show there. The venue attracts a good turn-out of cool avatars, who are into the original musical experience offered by the well curated selection of acts, while also brimming with fun irreverent chat.
Here are some photographs from last Wednesday.

I managed to snap a live action shot!
